Do I need an appointment?

Walk-ins are welcome for tires and oil changes. Appointments are only required for wash and detail work, and those slots usually book about two days out — call the shop or book online.
How long does a tire repair take?

A flat repair averages about 20 minutes in the shop — and inside Big Lake we offer free pickup and delivery, so you may not even have to bring it in.
How long does an oil change take?

A regular oil-and-filter change runs about 20–30 minutes. Gas engines run $85–$160 ($160–$280 with all filters), diesels $225–$435 depending on filters.
What if you don't have my tire size in stock?

Our distributor truck delivers every morning at 8 AM, seven days a week. Order by close of business and your size is usually mounted the next day — no week-long special orders.
What does roadside service cost?

Posted rates, no surprises: $95 for a roadside tire change, plus a $5 service call and $5 per mile one way. We cover a 100-mile radius around Big Lake during business hours; after-hours calls carry an additional fee.
Do you service RVs, motorhomes, or travel trailers?

Yes — roadside tire service for RVs and motorhomes runs at the same posted roadside rates.
Do you work on 18-wheelers and equipment?

Yes. Semi tire mount, dismount, and dual service — two trucks at a time — plus oilfield rigs, water trucks, tractors, backhoes, and man lifts. Commercial sizes 11R22.5 and 11R24.5 stay on the rack.
What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, debit cards, and checks, with financing available. Fleet accounts can run on monthly billing (due the 10th) and we work with programs like Enterprise, Holman, Element, Fleetio, WEX, and Voyager. Call the shop for specifics on other payment types.
Do you offer warranties on tires?

Yes — road hazard protection is available at $20 per tire, and every set purchased includes two free rotations.
Are you open 24/7?

No — regular hours are mon–fri · 7:30 am – 5:00 pm. After-hours service is available for an additional fee by calling 325-450-2421.
